Go to GETREF.com And click ads for credits and sign up for other members programs. Usually the person you sign up under "donkeymails" for example, will see if you are going to be an active user for a couple days and then approve your credits. Then you use your credits to place your site on the list and boom you may start to get refs. Seems to be set up great. Getref.com
